Congratulations to the 25 runners from the club who battled the mud and hills of Parliament Hill Fields last Saturday. The results can be found on the SEAA website. Brilliant effort by everyone and thank you for supporting the club in the South of England XC Championships.

New member Billy Simmons competed in the Dark Star River Marathon on Sunday 27th January competing the 45k course along the River Adur in an excellent time of 3.54.21 finishing in eighth place.

Miscellaneous Notices.

The third and final Sussex XC League match is a return to Little Common, Bexhill on Saturday 9th February. As always it is turn up, enter on the day (£5) and then run. We are looking for a good turn out please, especially in respect of the Senior Men as a good position is required to avoid potential relegation from Division 1. Check out the “Calendar” on this website for more details.

Unfortunately, the Crawley run Crew have been unable to arrange a WSFRL match over the next couple of months. As such the wait for the next match is to Bank Holiday Monday (22nd April), but well worth it, as the event is the delightful 10k run around the fields and tracks near Lewes.

Some may be interested in noting the Horsham 10K to be held on Sunday 2nd June 2019.  More information and entry via the Horsham Joggers website:-

Good luck to everyone running this weekend to include all those of you running in the Chichester Priory (Goodwood) 10k and we wish Graham and the Rotary Club every best wish with this local iconic event.
