Training/Activities over next week.  

Saturday 22nd December

XC Hill session led by Phil open to juniors with seniors welcome. Meet 11:00 am by seats off the path across Oaklands Park. If raining meet by the cricket club pavilion just down from the Rugby Club.

Monday 24th December   

XC Hill session led by Phil open to juniors with seniors welcome. Meet 11:00 am by seats off the path across Oaklands Park. If raining meet by the cricket club pavilion just down from the Rugby Club.

Seniors meet 6:30 pm at top of Sherborne Road/St. Paul’s Road for hill reps either on grass or tarmac depending on conditions. Led by Tom. All abilities welcome.

Wednesday 26th December.

Run, jog, walk, hop or skip up to the Trundle with pets and friends very welcome. Meet 11:00 am at Goodwood (opposite the Grandstand on the Racecourse). Please bring refreshments.

Thursday 27th December

Seniors meet 6:00 pm at The Cross for a tempo run around the city centre. Led by Amanda. All abilities welcome.

Stretch Classes – Message from Graham Woodward

“Thank you to everyone who took part in the one-hour Stretch Classes at Chichester College this term on Monday evenings starting at 7:45 pm. We have seen the best attendance in many years this term and will therefore continue the classes in the new year. Classes will re-start on Monday 7th January and continue through to Easter. If you wish to attend, then please email me (gwoodward7@gmail.com) with your details. The cost for the whole course to be payable on first evening and should work out at no more than a modest £1 per session. 

Miscellaneous Notices.

Entries have now been submitted for the SEAA XC Championships at Parliament Hill Fields. However, there is just still time to request your entry via the club for the Sussex XC Championships at Bexhill on Saturday 5th January 2019. Contact John via the CONTACT US icon on this website no later than 9:00 am on Thursday 27th December please.

Peter Anderson via 07786 036820 or nadandpeter@btinternet.com would like to hear from you please about running for the club in the epic WSFRL fixture at Hill Barn (Worthing) on Tuesday 1st January 2019. Please do so soonest as Peter needs to get the pre-entries into the Event Organisers before Xmas. 

Good luck to everyone running this week to include on Sunday The Portsmouth Coastal Waterside Marathon and on the 27th December the “Pub to Pub” at Horndean.
