Training/Activities for next 7 days.  

Monday 25th FebruaryFor all sessions meet in Clubroom 2, The Pavilion, Chichester College.

Foundation Group – Meet at 6:30 pm for a 6:45 pm start with on offer a variety of sessions working on improving general running. Second week of a six-week schedule led by Vicky and the team.

Circuits – Meet at 6:30 pm for a 6:45 pm start for week 2 of a six-week circuit course led by Mark based at the college on the grass area working on core, strength, balance agility and general fitness. 

Development Group – Meet at 6:30 pm for a prompt start for a one-mile time trial followed by a short pyramid session led by Amanda.

Stretch Class Week 6 of course in the upstairs gym room at the Chichester College from 7:45 pm. Duration one hour.  

Tuesday 26th FebruaryMeet in Clubroom 2, The Pavilion, Chichester College.

Event Group - Meet 6:30 pm for 1k repeats with 60 seconds recovery testing ability to pace effectively led by Keith.

 

Wednesday 27th February NO SESSION AS CORPORATE CHALLENGE

 

Thursday 28th February – see below.

 

Group run led by Vikki. Meet 6:30 pm at West Meads car park, Bognor.  

 

Miscellaneous Notices.

The link below is to the Mayor's “Two Peaks” Challenge on Saturday 9th March that includes two courses of 26k and 12k respectively. There are we understand only 70 places available and registration opens from midday today (Friday).

Good luck to everyone running this weekend to include on Sunday the Brighton Half Marathon.
