PS

Still just about time to tell Jill Renson (07904 186704) that you would like to give the Downs above Worthing (Highdown Hike) a go on Wednesday 2nd August whilst you can enter on the day this Sunday (30th July) for the Seven Stiles at Henfield. As always, these WSFRL runs are for all abilities, great fun and at £3 exceptional value.

Congratulations to Chichester Junior parkrun (Priory Park at 9:00 am) who celebrate their first birthday this Sunday (30th July). Why not go along and support this brilliant and inspiring weekly event for our local youngsters attracting over 100 each week ranging in age between 4 to 14 and you never know it may encourage you to volunteer one week.

Good luck to everyone running this weekend and do please let John have a note of your races for publication in the Newsletter. Thank you.
