IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT CLUB MEMBERS SHOW THE APPROPRIATE EXAMPLE TO ALL THOSE RUNNING AROUND CHICHESTER CITY CENTRE

 & SURROUNDING AREAS. THANK YOU.

PS:

We have had interest from those thinking about taking a leader’s course and a reminder that Amanda and Vicki are holding an open evening at the college on Monday 2nd December at 7:30 pm. A further reminder that the next local courses (at Eastleigh) are on 2nd January, 8th March and 2nd May next year and the club will fund the course fees.

Thanks so much to Dave and Sue for laying the trail around Selhurst Woods last Sunday on a mild morning but wet under foot. Remember they were up there at 8:00 am laying the course and had to do a late change due to very slippery and potentially dangerous parts on their original route. An excellent effort by them both and thoroughly enjoyed by 58 runners. Next up is Charlton Mill on Sunday 15th December.

Good luck to everyone running over the next weekend to include on Saturday the Sussex XC match at Stanmer Park and on Sunday the Victory 5 and the Valencia Marathon & 10k.
