Summer Training

From April to end of September training is as follows:

Mondays - Oaklands Park, Chichester from 6.30pm. Main Group (meet at Cricket Pavilion) and Foundation Group also known as Cake Run (meet outside the Rugby Club) are both based from this location. Use the car park for the Rugby Club (off Wellington Road) at the top (north end) of Oaklands Park. 

Tuesdays - An interval session on Tuesday evenings in Oaklands Park (meet at Cricket Pavilion) run by one of the club coaches at 6:30 pm. Details will be published in the weekly club newsletter.

Wednesdays - Trail Runs at various wonderful rural locations round Chichester and the South Downs. Go to the Trail page for full details of locations and to download/view the summer schedule.

Thursdays - Group Evening Run (not on Handicap Event Day) at various locations in the Chichester area. See weekly club newsletter for more details.

On the first Thursday in the month (see Calendar) the club holds a Handicap Event on a course of 5k starting and finishing at the Chichester Canal Basin. Please refer to the attachment below for full details to include details of how to pre-book your attendance at this event. 
 

All members are encouraged and welcome to run with any and all of the groups and different sessions with different leaders.

Confirmation of the following week's training sessions are included in the club's weekly Newsletter emailed to members and that also replicated as a blog on the Home Page..
