Training

We run training groups to cater for all standards and all ages from juniors to veterans.  Listed below are the main groups and coaches who run them. Informal groups are arranged by members themselves.

All formal training sessions are run by qualified UK Athletics Coaches.

Sunday Various At various locations at different times groups go out on longer distance runs.  Coaches at midweek sessions will advise runners of the best group to join. Senior Various
