Runners Core Stability/Flexibility Classes

Following the success of the two taster sessions the club have booked 5 more classes. The course is designed to help both with flexibility and core strength/stability something most runners do not pay enough attention to. 

The course is for 5 classes on the following dates:

Monday 10th and 17th November.

Monday 1st, 8th and 15th December.

Club AGM is on 24th November hence we skipped that Monday.

All classes to be held in Chichester College Sports Hall Studio, from 7.45pm lasting 30 mins. It is led by Debz one of the college fitness coaches. 

It is intended to follow on from the Monday night training session. Classes can be booked at a cost of £5 per person for the block of 5 classes - excellent value from the college as part of our partnership arrangement. Payment to be made to Rob at the start of the first class. If you can't come to a session you can get someone else to take your place.
